H.E. Ambassador Monsef Mansri was received today, 26/08/2026, at the headquarters of the Serbian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia, H.E. Marko Đurić.

H.E. Ambassador Monsef Mansri was received today, 26/08/2026, at the headquarters of the Serbian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia, H.E. Marko Đurić.

H.E. Minister Đurić welcomed the new ambassador and expressed his confidence that joint engagement would contribute to the advancement of relations between the two countries.

The head of Serbian diplomacy also emphasized that Serbia and Algeria are connected by decades of friendship, and conveyed his commitment to improving and strengthening those ties.

The two officials stated that strengthening bilateral relations depends on political dialogue and the exchange of high-level visits.

H.E. the Minister discussed several bilateral and multilateral issues with H.E. the Ambassador of Algeria in Belgrade.

Opportunities for developing economic cooperation were also discussed, and in this context Minister Đurić noted that Serbia is particularly interested in developing cooperation in agriculture, healthcare, and trade, as well as in all other areas of mutual interest.
