FAMILY VISA
- Passport valid for at least six (6) months.
- Two visa application forms, duly completed, dated and signed. Download here.
- Two recent passport-size photos, 3.5 x 4.5 cm, glued onto the forms (scanned photos are not accepted).
- A copy of the passport's first page.
- A copy of the proof of residence for foreign nationals residing in Serbia and Montenegro.
- For Serbian and Montenegrin nationals, a copy of the identity card proving actual residence in Serbia and Montenegro.
- Travel insurance certificate covering possible repatriation costs for medical reasons, medical care and/or emergency hospital care (the insurance must be valid for the entire travel period corresponding to the validity dates of the visa issued).
- For Algerian nationals holding a foreign passport and residing in Serbia or Montenegro, a copy of the Algerian identity document.
- For spouses and children of Algerian nationals registered with our services:
- A copy of the family record book (livret de famille)
- A copy of the spouse's consular registration card
- A copy of the spouse's residence card
- For spouses and children of Algerian nationals not registered with our services:
- An accommodation certificate no more than three (3) months old, issued by their Algerian family who undertakes to host them, and authenticated at the Communal People's Assembly (APC) of the host's place of residence.
- A copy of the family record book.
- A copy of the host's national identity card.
- For minor children, parental authorization is mandatory if the child is not travelling with both parents.
- Visa fees are payable in cash only
