Passport valid for at least six (6) months.
Two visa application forms, duly completed, dated and signed. Download here
Two recent passport-size photos (3.5 x 4.5 cm) glued onto the forms (scanned photos are not accepted).
A copy of the passport's first page.
A copy of the proof of residence for foreign nationals residing in Serbia and Montenegro.
For Serbian and Montenegrin nationals, a copy of the identity card proving actual residence in Serbia and Montenegro.
Travel insurance certificate covering possible medical repatriation costs, medical care and/or emergency hospital care (this insurance must be valid for the entire travel period, corresponding to the validity dates of the visa issued).
Invitation letter from the Algerian partner including:
- The contact details, address, telephone and fax numbers, and e-mail address of the partner in Algeria.
- The period of stay for which the visa applicant is sponsored.
- The purpose of the visit and the nature of the mission.
- The Algerian partner's field of activity in Algeria.
Letter of commitment or mission order from the applicant's employer, specifying the period and nature of the mission as well as the applicant's exact position.
Visa fees can only be paid in cash.
